At Mobellia, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all furniture and decor items are returned in their original packaging and unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mobellia account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original shipping crates or boxes.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For oversized furniture items, we will coordinate a professional courier pickup at your convenience; for smaller decor, simply drop off the package at any authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
